We collect only what we need to answer you. That means the information you type into our contact form — first name, last name, phone number (optional), email address, and your message — along with ordinary records of phone calls you place to the store, and basic website analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, and device type.

We do not collect medical information, medical card numbers, or purchase history through this website.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to follow up about med card scheduling by email or phone call, and to improve how this site works. We do not sell personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Vibes Cannabis Co does not currently send text messages. If SMS communications are ever offered, they will be opt-in only, and consent will never be a condition of purchase.
